2050 calls for feeding ~10 billion sustainably (no deforestation, overfishing, unnecessary food waste). Our clear mission: realign the global food system with nature via insect ingredients and tailored solutions, building a more harmonious, resilient food future.

Alleviating Resource Constraints: An Ultra-Efficient "Protein Converter"

Insect farming is far more resource-efficient than traditional livestock husbandry: producing 1kg of insect protein requires only 2kg of feed and 1-10 liters of water, while the same amount of beef protein consumes 8kg of feed and 22,000 liters of water. Additionally, insects can efficiently convert organic waste—1 ton of food waste yields 150kg of fresh insect protein and 5 tons of insect frass organic fertilizer, with a protein recovery rate of 70%, offering a practical approach to “waste resource utilization”.

Filling Protein Gaps: A Key Supplement for Food Security

The global population will reach 10 billion by 2050, requiring a 60%-70% increase in food supply compared to current levels, with an estimated protein gap of 150 million tons. Insect protein content generally ranges from 20% to 70%; the essential amino acid index of cricket protein (1.21) surpasses that of beef (1.0) and soybeans (0.92), with a digestibility rate of 98%. At the current growth rate, the global insect protein market size will reach 12.085 billion yuan by 2028, and is expected to meet 10%-15% of the world’s animal protein demand by 2050.

Facilitating Low-Carbon Development: An "Invisible Pioneer" in Livestock Emission Reduction

The carbon footprint of insect farming is only 1/22 that of beef production—producing 1kg of insect protein emits approximately 1.2kg CO₂e, far lower than beef (27kg CO₂e) and plant protein (3.2kg CO₂e). If insect protein replaces 10% of soybean meal by 2030, China can reduce soybean imports by 3.5 million tons, save 2.8 billion US dollars in foreign exchange, and simultaneously lower overall carbon emissions from the livestock industry chain.

About US

Founded in 2015, we’re a global leader in yellow mealworm full-chain operations, offering certified, sustainable insect protein and customized solutions.
With 150-acre farms, 6000 tons of annual dry mealworm output, and 15000 tons of annual processing capacity, we adopt the “Company + Cooperative + Farmer” mode to ensure stable supply. We hold international certifications including FDA, HACCP, implementing strict quality control from raw material testing to finished product inspection. Beyond basic production, we drive sustainability by repurposing insect skin into animal feed and worm castings into organic fertilizer.
